For more than 14 years, I've helped founders, brands, entrepreneurs, and growth-stage companies develop strategies, partnerships, and growth initiatives that contributed to more than $14 billion in combined revenue. Along the way, I had the opportunity to work alongside business leaders, athletes, executives, and organizations across multiple industries, helping them scale brands, launch initiatives, and create meaningful growth. But over time, I realized something important. While I was helping create tremendous value for others, I owned very little of what I was building. That realization changed my perspective on business, partnerships, and long-term wealth creation. Today, Carey & Company Group is evolving beyond traditional consulting and agency services. We're focused on building a platform that connects athletes, founders, operators, franchise groups, and business leaders through strategic partnerships, fractional leadership, media, and ownership opportunities. We believe the greatest opportunities are created when the right people come together around a shared vision. Our mission is simple: help great people build great businesses, create meaningful partnerships, and turn relationships into opportunities that generate lasting value for years to come.

Meet Will Carey - Founder & Lead Consultant

Will Carey is a growth strategist and operator who sees himself as the point guard of operations—leading teams, directing execution, and putting people in position to win. Drawing from his experience in the 82nd Airborne Division, Will leads with discipline, precision, and the ability to perform under pressure, bringing a level of structure most companies simply don’t have. He isn’t just strategy. He’s a strategic creative with the ability to execute across branding, marketing, and systems, making him uniquely valuable in leading teams from concept to scale. His hands-on approach ensures that ideas don’t just get built—they get finished and perform. Over the last decade, Will has helped launch and scale 7- to 10-figure businesses, architecting offers, partnerships, and growth systems that turn vision into generating over 14+ Billion for his clients.

Meet Nyesha Carey – Co-Founder, Wife, Mother & Visionary Leader

Nyesha Carey is the Co-Founder of The Carey & Company Holding Group and has been married to her husband, Will Carey, for over 23 years. Together, they have built a life centered around entrepreneurship, creativity, leadership, family, and helping businesses grow through strategy, partnerships, and real-world execution.

As a creative strategist, entrepreneur, and public figure, Nyesha brings a unique blend of branding insight, relationship-building, cultural awareness, and business development experience to the company’s expanding ecosystem. Her background spans personal branding, luxury experiences, content strategy, and helping clients position themselves authentically in both business and public-facing environments.

Having traveled to more than 19 countries together, Nyesha and Will bring a global perspective and relationship-driven approach to business growth, partnerships, and expansion. When they’re not traveling internationally exploring new opportunities and ventures, Nyesha works closely with brands, founders, athletes, and creators to help strengthen brand identity, develop meaningful partnerships, and support long-term business growth.

As a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and former titleholder including Mrs. Bahamas Galaxy and Mrs. Central Florida, Nyesha understands the importance of balancing leadership, family, creativity, and business while helping others grow with confidence and purpose.
Through The Carey & Company Holding Group, her focus remains centered on helping clients build brands and businesses rooted in authenticity, strategy, and long-term value instead of temporary attention.

Because building companies together is one thing. Staying married for 23 years while traveling the world and running businesses together is basically a masterclass in operations management by itself.

Corey Broomfield's path to Carey & Company Group was built through relationships, storytelling, and a passion for helping people create opportunities beyond what they thought was possible. What began in branding, media, and content development evolved into a deeper mission centered around connecting people, building partnerships, and helping athletes maximize the value of their platform both during and after their playing careers. Over the years, Corey has worked alongside athletes, entrepreneurs, and business leaders, helping them elevate their visibility, share their stories, and build authentic connections that open doors. Through those experiences, he recognized a common challenge: many athletes possess the discipline, influence, leadership, and work ethic to thrive in business, but often lack access to the networks, partnerships, and resources needed to fully capitalize on those strengths.
